Op het circuit van Ortona heeft Diego Monticelli de tweede wedstrijd van het Europees Kampioenschap Supermoto (S2) naar zijn hand gezet. De TM-rijder won alle drie de wedstrijden waarmee hij natuurlijk goede zaken doet in de titelstrijd. De MVD Race Wear-geklede Kevin Negri (5-2-4) werd tweede voor de Belg Romain Kaivers (4-5-4). Komend weekend is de derde en laatste wedstrijd van het seizoen is Busca.
